on page four, at line
one, by inserting a new subsection following the word "act.":
"(h) Any person who knowingly and willfully threatens to commit a
terrorist act, and who in the course of committing said act
causes the death of any person, then, the person committing such
act is guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be
subject to imposition of the death penalty, or, at a minimum,
fined not less than $25,000 and confined in a state correctional
facility for not less than twenty five years."
